📌 International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees. These are not included in your order total.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.


🔁 Returns & Peach Points

We offer returns for store credit (Peach Points) on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be sent to our return address in Texas, USA

To begin a return, please email us at support@peachsociety.shop with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you’d like to return

- A brief reason for the return

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your Peach Points to use toward a future order.


💕 The Peach Fit Promise

At Peach Society, we know that finding the right fit is everything — and when it doesn't work out, we’re here to make it right. If you ordered our smallest or largest available size and it still doesn’t fit properly, we understand. In these rare cases where store credit may not be the best solution, we may offer a refund instead.

To request an exception under The Peach Fit Promise, please email support@peachsociety.shop with:

- Your order number

- The item that didn’t fit

- A brief description of the sizing issue

We’re also actively working to expand our sizing range as we grow. Our mission is to ensure that every customer feels seen, supported, and celebrated — and we’re committed to making Peach Society a brand that fits all women beautifully.


🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@peachsociety.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the issue

- A short description of the problem

We’ll resolve it with a replacement or store credit, no extra cost to you.
